Creator Program Terms

The agreement

These terms are between you and Bio Recode LLC, 23 Emmons St, Long Branch, NJ 07740 (“Cellora”). They apply when you join Cellora Club and while you are a member, together with our Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy. Joining is free.

Who can join

You must be 18 or over and live in the United States. You need one account, in your own name, with accurate details. We may decline or close a membership that doesn’t meet these terms.

What members get

• The creator bundle at the members’ price shown in Club, once per member unless we say otherwise.
• Points for content we approve, at the values shown in Club, spent on the rewards listed there (store credit and free product). Points have no cash value, can’t be transferred or sold, and end if your membership ends.
• Reward codes work once, on celloralabs.com, under the conditions shown with the code.
• The chance to be featured on celloralabs.com, Looks Diary and Cellora’s social pages. Featuring is our choice and isn’t guaranteed.

Earning from referrals (optional)

Referral earning is optional and off unless you switch it on in your Club portal, where you accept this section.

• You get a personal code and link. When someone orders on celloralabs.com with your code, or within 30 days of following your link, you earn the commission rate shown in your portal on the order’s value after discounts, excluding tax and shipping. If both a code and a link apply, the code decides.
• Your own orders, orders on your own account or email, and orders that are cancelled, refunded or charged back don’t earn commission; a partial refund reduces it in proportion.
• Commission is held for the period shown in your portal so refunds can settle, then becomes ready to pay. We pay ready balances by the method you choose in your portal (such as PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, bank transfer or check).
• You are responsible for taxes on what you earn. We may ask for tax information (such as a Form W-9) before paying $600 or more in a year, and may hold payment until we have it.
• You can switch earning off at any time. Commission already earned stays yours under these terms.
• No spam, no bidding on Cellora’s name in search ads, no coupon sites, no paying people to use your code, and no pretending to be Cellora. Commission earned in breach of this section can be reversed.

Telling people you’re a member

When you post about Cellora as a member, US law requires you to say so clearly. Put a plain disclosure such as #ad, #CelloraPartner or “I’m a Cellora Club member” where people see it first, in the caption’s opening line or on the video itself, and share your own honest experience. Keep what you say about products to what Cellora’s product pages say: our products are cosmetics (and one dietary supplement), and they aren’t described as treating or curing anything.

What you share, and how we may use it

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, reviews and text you send us. When you send them, you give Cellora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, copy, edit for length and format, and show them on celloralabs.com, Looks Diary, Cellora’s social pages, emails and ads, for as long as we use them. You confirm that the content is yours to share, shows only people who agreed to be in it, and is your honest experience.

You also let us show your name, social media handle and likeness with your content, and mark it as from a Cellora creator. You can ask us at any time to stop using content in new places; content already published in ads or posts may stay where it is. We decide what to approve and feature, and may decline content without giving a reason.

Ending membership

You can leave Club at any time by emailing support@celloralabs.com. We may pause or end a membership that breaks these terms. Points end with your membership; commission already ready to pay is paid under these terms.

Our responsibility

Club is offered as described. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commission owed to you. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Changes

We may update these terms, rates, point values and rewards. We’ll show changes in Club and, for anything that affects what you earn, give you notice before it applies.
