The agreement

These terms are between you and Bio Recode LLC, 23 Emmons St, Long Branch, NJ 07740 (“Cellora”). By using this site or placing an order you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

Our products

Cellora’s masks and serums are cosmetics. Gro Better Roots is a dietary supplement. We describe how products make hair and skin look and feel. Nothing on this site is a medical claim, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements about the dietary supplement have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Results vary from person to person. Reviews and customer videos reflect each person’s own experience.

We work to show products, ingredients, sizes and colours accurately. Packaging can change, so please read the label on the product you receive, which is the most current information.

Using products safely

Please read the label before use and patch test before first use. Stop using a product if irritation develops. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or under the care of a clinician, speak to them before starting any new product, including the supplement. Keep products out of reach of children. For external use only, except the supplement, which is taken as directed on its label.

Pricing, taxes and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. If a product is listed at an incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Products are offered while stock lasts, and we may limit quantities.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where we cannot verify payment or delivery details, or to prevent fraud; if we do, you are refunded in full. Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you order.

Shipping, returns and our guarantee

We ship within the United States. Delivery options, times and costs are on our Shipping & Returns page. Ownership and the risk of loss pass to you when your order is delivered. Returns, refunds and our 30-day guarantee work as described on that page.

Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes and offers apply as stated with them, cannot be exchanged for cash, and unless they say otherwise cannot be combined. We may end an offer at any time; that does not affect orders already placed. Prize draws and contests have their own official rules, which apply alongside these terms.

Subscriptions

When we offer subscribe-and-save, the product page and checkout show the price, the discount, how often it is delivered and that it renews automatically until you cancel. You agree to that before you pay, and we email you a confirmation with the same terms. Your card is charged at each renewal. You can skip, pause or cancel online at any time from your account or the link in your subscription emails, and cancelling stops future renewals.

Your account

Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@celloralabs.com if you think it has been used without you. We may close accounts that misuse the site.

Reviews, photos and videos you send us

Your reviews, photos and videos must be honest, your own, and about your own experience, and must not include anyone else’s personal information without their permission. When you submit a review, or tick the box allowing us to feature your video, you give Cellora a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide permission to show, reproduce and share it (with your name or handle as shown) on celloralabs.com and Cellora’s social channels and marketing, and to make small edits for length or format without changing its meaning. You keep ownership. You can ask us to stop featuring it at any time by emailing support@celloralabs.com. We may decline or remove content that breaks these terms. We show reviews whether they are positive or negative, and we say when a review was written in return for something such as a draw entry.

Using this site

Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, to access accounts or data that aren’t yours, to scrape it in bulk in a way that disrupts it, or to buy for resale without our written agreement. Everything on this site, including the Cellora name and logo, text, images and design, belongs to Cellora or is used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our written agreement.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited. Beyond those, the site and products are provided as described, and to the fullest extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. You agree to cover Cellora’s reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
