Shipping & Returns
How your order reaches you, and what to do if you want to send it back.

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Processing time
Orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly by Cellora. Orders ship within 1 business day.
Delivery time and cost
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Two day shipping is $25 and is offered at checkout. Delivery usually takes 3 to 4 business days after your order ships.
Tracking
You will receive an emailed receipt as soon as your order is placed. When your order ships, we email you a tracking number.
Returns
If something is not right, reach us through support@celloralabs.com and we will put it right.
You have 30 days to return a product, no questions asked. Return postage is on us and there is no restocking fee.
Contact us before you send anything back and we will confirm how to return it.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once we have the return. Banks typically take 5 to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photograph within 5 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
